This agreement marks the second stage of the 16,000 sqm business &amp; retail park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new BMW dealership will operate in a modern, purpose-built facility including a showroom, fully equipped service center and outdoor storage areas.&nbsp;The building will be certified under the BREEAM sustainability rating scheme and designed to incorporate renewable energy production. Designed to enhance both the customer experience and operational efficiency, the dealership will be strategically located on Liep\u0173 g. 80, one of Klaip\u0117da&#8217;s most prominent commercial corridors. This prime location ensures excellent accessibility and visibility, making it an ideal site for a premium automotive brand such as BMW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The co-operation between Liep\u0173 Parkas and Krasta Auto reflects a shared commitment to quality, trust, integrity and long-term regional development.
