Liepų Parkas has officially entered a new stage of development – the construction project for the second building has been successfully completed and the building has been handed over to UAB Inchcape Auto, one of the largest and leading car distributors in Lithuania. Inchcape Lithuania represents global brands such as BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad, BYD, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, and Bravoauto.

Already in Q2 2026 Your team will be able to enjoy the third building of Liepų Parkas.

The construction of the park’s main infrastructure has been completed. Also the first building’s shell and core has been constructed, with fit-out works underway and due for completion at year end.

In January 2024, Liepu Parkas entered into a lease agreement with AB „Energijos skirstymo operatorius“ (ESO for the first building in the park.
