In January 2024, Liepu Parkas entered into a lease agreement with AB „Energijos skirstymo operatorius“ (ESO for the first building in the park. The building is an office and part warehouse complex, comprising of 4,340 sqm. The construction of the project will be completed this year, and the company's employees will settle into the new office in 2025.
Liepų Parkas is being developed by Baltic Sea Properties (BSP) - a Norwegian public listed, open-ended and fully integrated investment company which owns, develops and manages commercial real estate in the Baltics.
