We're excited to share an update on the development of Liepų Parkas, Klaipėda!

The construction of the park’s main infrastructure has been completed. Also the first building’s shell and core has been constructed, with fit-out works underway and due for completion at year end.

The business and retail park is being developed with special attention to ESG & sustainability including; A++ energy rating, green energy production, smart building technologies, bicycle parking and EV charging stations, as well as recreation, sports, services and catering facilities.
 
Liepu Parkas will cover 18,000 sq.m. of retail and business space with high quality premises for lease in a strategic location - connecting Klaipėda city center with the rapidly growing communities of the Klaipėda district.
